During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the clean room. The location was also convenient as it was close to the main tourist attractions. the friendly staff made my stay more enjoyable.
The variety and quality of food were poor, and it was not well-presented. there were no additional play or time pass facilities that I could utilize during my stay, which made my evenings monotonous.

Staff was amiable and breakfast was nice. Room was good value. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Pepperzz that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Perfect place for a 3-night stay.

the reason we liked it was amazing rooms and staff. manager was great. they serve fantastic food, have lots of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to all the festivities. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. the buffet breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
The towels provided were worn out and could have been better. the room smelled of cigarette smoke, which was uncomfortable.

I had a great overall experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. I also really enjoyed the breakfast with a decent selection of local foods. the hotel facilities were well maintained and clean.
